Step 1: Shampoo — Nourishing Spearmint Shampoo (500ml)
Wet hair thoroughly with warm water
Apply a small amount to your scalp and roots — the formula is concentrated, so a little goes a long way
Massage gently into the scalp with your fingertips (the spearmint oil will feel refreshing and stimulating)
Rinse well and repeat if needed
💡 Tip: Because it's sulfate-free and concentrated, you may need less than your usual supermarket shampoo.

Step 2: Condition — Nourishing Spearmint Conditioner (500ml)
After shampooing, squeeze excess water from your hair
Apply conditioner from mid-lengths to ends (avoid the scalp if your hair gets oily at the roots)
Leave in for 2–3 minutes — this allows the botanical extracts to deeply hydrate and detangle
Rinse thoroughly with cool water to seal the cuticle and boost shine
💡 Tip: For very dry or tangled hair, use a wide-tooth comb while the conditioner is in to gently remove knots.

Step 3: Finish — Conditioning Mist (250ml)
On towel-dried or damp hair, spray the Conditioning Mist evenly from roots to ends
No need to rinse — it's a leave-in treatment
Comb through to distribute and detangle
Style as usual (blow-dry or air-dry)
💡 Tip: You can also use a light spritz on dry hair between washes to tame flyaways, refresh hydration, or prep before heat styling.
