SHAMPOO

Wet your hair thoroughly with warm water.
Apply a small amount of shampoo (about a quarter-sized amount) into your palm.

Massage the shampoo into your scalp using your fingertips, working it through your hair from the roots to the ends.

Allow the shampoo to sit for a minute to let the spearmint essential oil stimulate your scalp.
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until all the shampoo is removed.

Conditioner
After shampooing, apply the desired amount of conditioner onto wet hair, concentrating on the mid-lengths and ends.
Leave On: Leave the conditioner on for 1-3 minutes, enjoy the refreshing aroma.
Rinse: Rinse thoroughly. Stop use if irritation occurs.

CONDITIONING MIST

1. On Damp Hair:
After washing your hair, towel-dry it to remove excess moisture.

Shake the bottle and spray the conditioning mist evenly throughout your damp hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends.

Use a wide-tooth comb or brush to gently detangle your hair, starting from the tips and working your way up to the roots.

Style as desired or let your hair air-dry for a frizz-free, smooth finish.

2. On Dry Hair:
Use the mist to refresh and hydrate your hair between washes.

Lightly spray the mist onto dry hair, focusing on areas that need detangling, moisture, or frizz control.

Comb through or style as usual for a smooth, shiny, and manageable look.


3. For Hair Extensions, Color, and Keratin-Treated Hair: This conditioning mist is safe to use on all chemically treated hair, including color-treated and keratin-treated hair, as well as hair extensions.

Spray gently and ensure even distribution, avoiding any pulling or tugging when detangling to protect the integrity of extensions and treated hair.

4. As a Heat Protectant:
