*Wet your hair thoroughly with warm water. Use enough water to completely saturate your hair from root to tip.
*Take a small amount of SFHaircare Nourishing Spearmint Shampoo and massage it gently onto your scalp. Start at the hairline and work your way back, using circular motions to create a lather. Be careful not to use too much product, as our haircare products tend to be more concentrated than their commercial counterparts.
*Rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water, making sure to remove all the shampoo from your scalp and hair.
*Take a small amount of SFHaircare Nourishing Spearmint Conditioner and apply it to the ends of your hair. Use your fingers or our Bamboo Hair Brush to distribute the conditioner evenly through your hair. Leave the conditioner on for a few minutes, then rinse it out with warm water.
*After rinsing out the conditioner, you can use our Bamboo CharcoalHair Towel. Avoid rubbing your hair with the towel, as this can cause damage and breakage.
*Allow your hair to air-dry or use a hair dryer on a low heat setting. If you do use a hair dryer, hold it at least six inches away from your head to prevent damage and always remember to put in a heat protectant like our Conditioning Mist.
