Shipping Policy

At SFHaircare, we are committed to getting your handmade, organic haircare products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. 

We’ve outlined our shipping procedures below to ensure you know exactly what to expect.

Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Please note that during periods of high order volume, such as sales or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (Australia-Wide)
We offer the following shipping options throughout Australia. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather events or carrier disruptions. 
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sfhaircare@hotmail.com
with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at the customer's expense.

Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at sfhaircare@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, we are responsible for your order until it is delivered to your address.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
