SFHaircare Returns & Refunds Policy
At SFHaircare, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed.
No Returns, No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchases. Please note that by purchasing from SFHaircare, you agree to these terms.
Damaged or Faulty Products
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may require photos or other proof to assess the situation. We will evaluate these cases on an individual basis and provide a replacement if deemed appropriate.

Fraud and Abuse.
In the event we suspect any fraudulent claims in respect of refunds we have the right to withhold any refund until such time as you can prove that the refund claim is genuine. If we suspect our money back guarantee is being abused - for example multiple separate claims have been made in respect of the money back guarantee then we have the right to withhold any refund.
Damaged Products:
Email sfhaircare@hotmail.com within 7 days of product receipt along with photos of the damaged goods in order to initiate a refund or replacement.
Missing Products:
Email sfhaircare@hotmail.com within 10 days of your order date along with your order number in order to initiate a refund or replacement.
Exchanges Policy
Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept exchanges on any of our products once they have been sent out, opened, used or unopened. This ensures the safety and hygiene of all our customers.
No Exchanges
All sales are final, and no exchanges can be made for any products, including opened, used, or unopened items. We appreciate your understanding and support in maintaining these health and safety standards.
